Certification

About certification/accreditation
It is not a mandatory requirement to be certified in MOTI, but it is proof that you are a MOTI user, is 'prestigious' and is certainly a good thing to have on one's CV!
Indeed, one can attain career credibility from having an accreditation from various professional institutions, such as Prosci (ADKAR) and PMBOK and considering MOTI is positioned to be a leading resource for organisations considering/transforming, this will show you are a leader in this area .
And the cost to be certified is relatively inexpensive and straightforward - certainly much less so when compared to other mainstream methodology certification processes/costs.
So you may ask, is MOTI either ...
-
A transformation methodology
-
A course
-
A resource that you can simply access?
Well, although we think of it as a 'resource', it’s actually all of the above. And this all comes under one roof if there is the ability for users to be recognised as being formally familiar with the MOTI system.
So we do offer accreditation for all those people who are subscribed and have either:
-
Been through every single MOTI component, and require overall certification of completion
-
Require accreditation for particular interest areas, eg preparing a Business Case, or setting up a Project Management Office (PMO)
This is all managed via a special secure section on this website. If you are interested, please notify us below.
About potential future MOTI training courses.
As you will see, MOTI is an innovative modern approach. In the future, we may decide to run courses either virtually or in classrooms. You will be notified if this is the case.
And the good news is, if you are already subscribed to MOTI, then there will be a heavy discount if you participate in these potential future courses.
