MOTI - Managing Organisational Transformation Initiatives
“Keep It Simple, of High Value and Easily Accessible”

FAQs & Support
Find answers to common questions about MOTI, subscriptions, assessments, Roadmaps, Learning Topics, member access and support.
If you cannot find the answer you need, our support details are provided below.
1. What is MOTI?
MOTI — Managing Organisational Transformation Initiatives — is a practical organisational transformation resource designed to help individuals, teams and organisations plan, manage and implement transformation more effectively.
MOTI brings together assessments, personalised Transformation Roadmaps,
Learning Topics, Executive Information Papers, Knowledge Checks and other supporting resources in one structured environment.
2. Who is MOTI designed for?
MOTI is designed for people involved in planning, leading, governing or supporting organisational transformation.
This may include executives, business owners, transformation leaders, program and project managers, PMO professionals, technology leaders, change managers, business analysts, functional managers and others involved in organisational improvement or change.
MOTI can support individual users as well as teams and larger organisations.
3. Is MOTI a course or a methodology?
MOTI is not simply a course and it is more than a methodology.
It is a structured transformation resource that provides practical guidance, assessments, personalised recommendations, Learning Topics and supporting materials that can be used as transformation activities develop.
Subscribers can therefore use MOTI as an ongoing reference and implementation resource rather than following a single fixed training sequence.
4. What does a MOTI subscription include?
The resources available will depend upon the subscription or service selected.
Depending on the applicable MOTI offering, subscribers may receive access to personalised assessments and Roadmaps, Learning Topics, Executive Information Papers, Knowledge Checks, downloadable resources and other transformation guidance.
Some resources, services, advisory support, certification activities or future features may be subject to particular subscription levels or additional arrangements.
5. What is the MOTI Transformation Readiness Check?
The MOTI Transformation Readiness Check is an initial assessment designed to help identify areas that may influence an organisation's ability to plan and deliver transformation successfully.
Responses are used to provide structured feedback and highlight areas that may warrant further attention.
It is intended as an accessible starting point rather than a substitute for a full organisational assessment.
6. What is the personalised MOTI Transformation Roadmap?
The MOTI Transformation Roadmap is a personalised guide generated from information provided through the MOTI assessment process.
Rather than providing the same sequence of material to every subscriber, the Roadmap helps identify the transformation areas that appear most relevant to the organisation’s circumstances, priorities and potential risks.
It provides a structured starting point and may recommend particular MOTI Learning Topics, actions and areas for further consideration.
The Roadmap is designed to support informed decision-making. It does not replace the organisation’s own management judgement or specialist professional advice where this may be required.
7. How are my MOTI recommendations produced?
MOTI recommendations are based upon the information supplied through assessments and questionnaires together with the structured MOTI transformation framework.
Responses are analysed to identify areas such as organisational priorities, transformation risks, maturity indicators and recommended areas of focus.
The resulting recommendations and personalised Roadmap are intended to help subscribers determine where attention may be most valuable rather than requiring them to work through every MOTI resource.
As organisational circumstances change, subscribers should continue to apply their own judgement when deciding which recommendations to implement.
8. Does MOTI use artificial intelligence?
Yes. MOTI uses technology, including artificial-intelligence-assisted analysis, as part of the process used to analyse assessment responses and prepare personalised reports, recommendations and Transformation Roadmaps.
Artificial intelligence supports the MOTI process; it does not replace the underlying MOTI framework, methodology, intellectual property or professional experience upon which the resource has been developed.
MOTI seeks to limit information provided to AI-assisted services to information reasonably required for the relevant analysis or service.
Further information about the use and handling of subscriber information is available in the MOTI Privacy Policy.
9. What are MOTI Learning Topics?
MOTI Learning Topics are focused practical resources covering the many activities, decisions and considerations involved in organisational transformation.
They cover areas including strategy, governance, execution, business processes, technology, change and adoption, implementation and post-implementation maturity.
Subscribers do not necessarily need to work through every Learning Topic. Their MOTI Transformation Roadmap can help identify the Topics that are most relevant to their organisation and current transformation priorities.
Learning Topics may include supporting guidance, downloadable material, Knowledge Checks and other practical resources
.
10. How do I access the MOTI resources recommended for me?
Once your applicable MOTI subscription or membership has been activated, you will be able to access the resources made available under your subscription through the MOTI member area.
Your personalised Transformation Roadmap may identify Learning Topics and other resources recommended for your circumstances.
Additional resources may also become available as you progress through MOTI or as new material is introduced.
If you experience difficulty accessing a resource that you believe should be available to you, please contact MOTI Support at motiaustralia1@gmail.com.
11. How do I sign in to my MOTI account?
Once your MOTI subscription or membership has been activated, you can sign in through the Sign In option on the MOTI website.
Use the email address associated with your MOTI account together with your password or the sign-in method provided when your account was created.
After signing in, the resources available to you will depend upon your applicable subscription, membership and access permissions.
If you are unable to sign in, please first check that you are using the correct email address associated with your MOTI account.
12. What should I do if I forget my password or cannot access my account?
If you have forgotten your password, use the password-reset option available on the MOTI sign-in screen.

13. Can I change my MOTI subscription?
Subscription options may be changed where the applicable MOTI plans and billing arrangements permit.
If you wish to move to another subscription level, add users or discuss an organisational or enterprise arrangement, please refer to the Plans & Pricing page or contact MOTI Support.
Any change in subscription may affect the resources, services and number of authorised users available through your account.
Where additional charges apply, these will be explained before the change is completed.
14. Can I cancel my MOTI subscription?
Yes. You may cancel your MOTI subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing at the next applicable billing date.
Unless otherwise stated, you will normally continue to have access to the resources included in your subscription until the end of the period for which payment has already been made.
No further subscription charge will be made after the cancellation becomes effective.
Please refer to the MOTI Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions for further information.
