About the model
A comprehensive model underpins the content.

This ‘model’ is key to understanding the scope of the resource at a glance.

It follows the natural progression of a transformation, from inception through to implementation, and the subsequent monitoring of the change.

The model was designed using an Apple graphics tool called ‘Freeform’, which was converted to downloadable sections.

The model may appear overwhelming and complex; however, upon closer examination, you will see that every topic (or ‘box’) is important.
