1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
MOTI – Managing Organisational Transformation Initiatives – is committed to making its website, assessments, subscriber resources and online services as accessible and usable as reasonably practicable for people with different abilities, technologies and access needs.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility and will continue to review and improve the accessibility of the MOTI website and digital resources as the service develops.
MOTI aims to apply recognised web accessibility principles, including relevant guidance contained in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, with Level AA used as an important reference point for the continued development of the website and digital experience.
2. Accessibility Features and Design
In developing and maintaining the MOTI website, we aim where reasonably practicable to:
-
provide clear and consistent navigation;
-
use readable text, headings and page structures;
-
support appropriate colour contrast and visual clarity;
-
make website content usable across desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
-
provide meaningful text alternatives for important images where appropriate;
-
support keyboard navigation and commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably practicable;
-
avoid unnecessary complexity in forms and assessments;
-
provide clear instructions, labels and error information; and
-
continue reviewing the accessibility of new pages, resources and subscriber features as they are introduced.
These principles will guide the ongoing review and development of the MOTI website and digital resources.
3. Alternative Access and Assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the MOTI website, assessment, report, Learning Topic, document or subscriber resource, please contact us.
Where reasonably practicable, we will work with you to provide the information or service in an alternative form or identify another way for you to access it.
Accessibility enquiries may be directed to:
When contacting us, it would be helpful if you could tell us:
-
the page, document or resource you were attempting to access;
-
the difficulty you experienced;
-
the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, where relevant; and
-
any alternative format or assistance that may help.
4. Ongoing Improvement
MOTI is a developing digital resource and its content, functionality and subscriber services will continue to evolve.
We will periodically review accessibility as pages, assessments, reports, Learning Topics, member areas and other digital resources are added or updated.
While we aim to provide a high level of accessibility, some third-party platforms, embedded services, documents or older content may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as other parts of the MOTI service.
We welcome feedback that helps us identify and improve accessibility issues.
