1. MOTI Access
When you subscribe, you’ll receive access to the MOTI Information Papers and associated materials, such as videos, every month. Access continues as long as your subscription is active and payments are up to date.
Due to the sheer number of 'Information Papers', they will be released in sections to new subscribers periodically, eg every 2-3 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. After cancellation, access to the MOTI content will end at the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
MOTI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed each month automatically on your billing date.
We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee after the first month of purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within the second month (the first month is a trial period and is free) — no questions asked.
After this period, all payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All MOTI materials — including the design, logo, videos, downloads, templates, and written content — are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of MOTI and Elysium Enterprises Pty Ltd.
By purchasing the MOTI resource, your organisation is granted a non-transferable license to use the materials for internal purposes. One subscription license covers use by a single user. If your organisation wishes to arrange a multiple-user license, please let us know.
However, you may have noticed in our pricing page that there are significant discounts available for larger organisations, teams, or divisions, so if your organisation intends to use MOTI across multiple teams or divisions, you must purchase additional licenses.
You may not share, copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute the MOTI content beyond the licensed scope without written permission.
4. Support & Contact

Email Support: We offer online support via email, and aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Community Group: Enrollment includes access to a private community group, where you can connect with other participants and ask questions.

Coaching Calls: Some subscriptions may include group coaching calls. Details, schedules, and access links will be provided after registration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOTI, Elysium Enterprises Pty Ltd, and their associates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the MOTI resource and/or associated materials.
