MOTI - Managing Organisational Transformation Initiatives
“Keep It Simple, of High Value and Easily Accessible”
Refund Policy
Effective date: October 2026

MOTI is a subscription-based organisational transformation resource providing access to personalised assessments, Roadmaps, Learning Topics, Executive Information Papers, Knowledge Checks and other supporting resources.
We want subscribers to understand clearly how cancellation and refunds operate.
1. Subscription payments
MOTI subscriptions are charged in accordance with the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase.
Access to MOTI resources begins once the subscription or applicable service has been activated.
Because subscribers receive access to proprietary MOTI materials and resources from the commencement of their subscription, subscription payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where MOTI determines that a genuine billing or service error has occurred.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your MOTI subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing at the next applicable billing date. Your existing access will normally continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
No further subscription charge will be made after the cancellation becomes effective.
We recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish the subscription to renew.
3. Refunds
A change of mind after purchasing or using a MOTI subscription does not normally entitle the subscriber to a refund.
Refund requests may nevertheless be considered where:
-
an incorrect or duplicate payment has been processed;
-
a material technical problem attributable to MOTI prevents reasonable access to the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period; or
-
a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. MOTI intellectual property and accessed materials
Cancellation or expiry of a subscription does not transfer any ownership rights in MOTI materials.
MOTI content, including its methodologies, models, Learning Topics, reports, templates, graphics and other resources, remains protected intellectual property and may only be used in accordance with the applicable subscription and Terms & Conditions.
5. How to request assistance
If you believe that a payment has been made incorrectly or that exceptional circumstances apply, please contact MOTI at:
Please include your name, email address used for the subscription and sufficient information for us to identify the relevant payment.
6. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending upon the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Changes to this Policy
MOTI may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version published on the MOTI website will apply from its stated effective date.
