About the author (Cenred Harmsworth)

Cenred (pronounced 'Chenred') is an Australian who has had a career that spans over 40 years, and has worked in the energy, mining, retail, telecommunications, education and government sectors.

• He is skilled in Change Management, Program / Project Management, Business Process Design, , SAP, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HR and IT Services Management.

• He co-authored an internationally published book titled 'Managing Change Initiatives: Real & Simple' from which much of the material in the resource is based.

• He was formerly a Director at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for change management, large projects and IT strategy across most industry sectors, e.g. banking, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and energy.

• Cenred holds a Master Project Director qualification with the Australian Institute of Project Management, formerly their highest level. He is also is Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society and was under consideration for a Fellowship.

• He has worked in Asia including Indonesia and Hong Kong, with the World Bank / United Nations, including working in the United Kingdom and the United States

• He is also a musician and has released several albums, is an accomplished magician and a meditation instructor
