Subscription Options

​

• Silver: this is the standard pricing plan, which is a single monthly subscription for USD $98. Silver allows customers to download all Information Papers. The subscription has many benefits, and downloads will be made available by section following the MOTI transformation 'model'  sequence, and will occur over a 6-month period. Important to note: the first month is totally free, where you will receive links to download multiple Information Papers to get you started. If a particular topic (s)  is important and required in advance, we will ensure that it is made available to you.

• Gold: (Accreditation) If you or your organisation wish to be certified, the cost is US$840. This includes formal assessments by category, e.g., how to prepare a Business Case for a transformation. Upon completion, a certificate will be provided. You will be automatically subscribed, although this is optional and is highly recommended.

​

• Platinum: This is a retainer arrangement of USD $1,800 per month, which includes the above standard subscription plan, multiple professional coaching sessions per month - this may include workshop facilitation, etc, rapid turnaround for support, certification/accreditation, specialised webinars for staff, and other benefits. This is an attractive investment as it is a 'partnership arrangement'.

NOTES:

Note 1: Regarding multiple copies for larger organisations. Suppose you require additional copies, such as for different countries, divisions, or groups of selected staff. In this case, there are options for discounts per user. You will see these on the pricing page ($62 for 5-20 users and $48/month for > 20 users). Please notify us if you wish to discuss.

​Note 2: If people wish to download specific topics for their own needs, they can do so without subscribing. Up to a maximum of 8 topics can be downloaded simultaneously. The cost is max. $24 per topic / Information Paper (depending on the title and content!)

 

​To do this, customers will need to notify us of the particular topics they are interested in. These can be determined by looking at the list of sections and subsections, as shown below, and we will arrange for your selected topics to be forwarded to you. You can also download the entire series of Information Papers for a one-time cost of USD $1850, in which case you will be given the option to become a member, but without the monthly subscription. Please let us know if this is of interest.

 

Note 3: All monthly subscriptions include:

2. Online support with a guaranteed turnaround of 72 hours maximum

3. All updates and new releases, which will occur periodically

4. Access to our interest community group, which is called ‘MOTI’  

5. Access to specialist advisers at a significantly reduced hourly rate, including the authors of this  MOTI resource

6. Access to other interesting articles, papers, etc.

 

Once subscribed, you will receive instructions on how to download the Information Papers (topics), links, etc.
